We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote our proprietary Ayurvedic medicines and treatment protocols to Ayurvedic practitioners, general physicians, and relevant healthcare professionals in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Ayurvedic products and treatment solutions offered by Padaav to doctors and health practitioners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, pharmacies, wellness centers, and hospitals.
- Organize CMEs, product demonstrations, and training sessions for local practitioners.
- Ensure availability of samples, promotional material, and literature at all key touchpoints.
- Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.
- Collect and relay feedback from the field to the central team.
- Submit daily call reports and maintain doctor call records through digital tools or manual formats.
- Represent the organization ethically and professionally in the field.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Sc./B.Com./BAMS preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of Ayurveda and heath will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
