**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Work closely with the academic team to create lesson plans, study guides, practice papers, and assessments that are aligned with CBSE learning outcomes and standards.
- **Multimedia Integration**: Create and incorporate various multimedia resources (videos, animations, infographics, quizzes) to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- **Subject Matter Expertise**: Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in the CBSE curriculum and incorporate them into the content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- **Interactive Content**: Design interactive assignments, quizzes, mock tests, and other assessments to evaluate student progress.
- **Content Review and Editing**: Review and update content periodically to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and reflects the latest CBSE syllabus revisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work with educators, designers, and developers to ensure content is pedagogically sound and visually appealing.
- **Feedback Integration**: Analyze student performance and feedback to continuously improve content delivery and effectiveness.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all content is free of errors, clear, and adheres to educational best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Experience in creating educational content for CBSE students, especially for classes 10th and 12th.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible for students.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with e-learning platforms or online teaching.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools like LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with current education trends and digital learning practices.
