Associate - Us Mortgage

B2R (Business-To-Rural) is a Rural BPO in Uttarakhand which is engaged in creating sustainable employment for the youth of Uttarakhand. In operation for over 15 years, we currently have four operations delivery centers of 50-150 seat capacity each and a team of 500+ spread across these locations.

**Job Title: Associate - US Mortgage**

**Job Purpose**:

- **Documentation and Verification**: Reviewing and verifying financial documents, such as income statements, tax returns, and credit reports, to assess the applicant's ability to repay the loan.
- **Loan Closing**: Coordinating the closing process, including preparing the necessary paperwork, coordinating with title companies, and ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of mortgage documentation and processes to minimize errors and risks.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurate data entry and maintaining organized records of mortgage transactions and customer interactions.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Staying up-to-date with federal and state mortgage regulations and ensuring that all loan processes adhere to these guidelines.

- **Communication**: Effectively communicating with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to provide updates, request additional information, and address concerns.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborating with colleagues, including loan officers, underwriters, and processors, to facilitate smooth and efficient mortgage transactions.
