**Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and sales requirements.
- Develop master production schedules (MPS) aligned with capacity and material availability.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and stores for order prioritization.

**2. Material & Resource Planning**
- Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and tools as per the production schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchase and stores for timely procurement.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and material resources.

**3. Production Control**
- Track and monitor production activities against the plan.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and deviations, and take corrective actions.
- Implement production control techniques such as Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban, or Lean methods where applicable.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch - to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate production schedules and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Liaise with the sales/marketing team regarding delivery timelines.

**5. Monitoring & Reporting**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on production status, plan vs. actual, efficiency, and downtime.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), productivity, and lead time.
- Ensure timely dispatches in line with customer requirements.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Analyze production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
- Suggest improvements in planning and control systems.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **production planning techniques** and **manufacturing processes**.
- Proficiency in **ERP/MRP systems** and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain (preferred for managerial role).

**Experience Required**:

- **Executive level**: 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control in a manufacturing industry.
- **Managerial level**: 7-12 years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.

**KPIs / Performance Metrics**:

- Plan vs. Actual production adherence.
- On-time delivery (OTD) percentage.
- Machine utilization and capacity utilization.
- Inventory turnover and stock-out incidents.
- Reduction in production downtime

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
