**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams.
- Supervise and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized and well-presented.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and managing promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on store performance, inventory, and customer feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or marketing degree.
- 10+ years of experience in field operations and product sales.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
