Job Title: Operation Executive - Hospital Operations

Job Summary: The Operation Executive in Hospital Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of daily operations within the hospital environment. This role primarily focuses on ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and efficient day-to-day functioning of the facility. The Operation Executive works closely with different departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Cleanliness Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital premises.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are properly sanitized and presentable.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify cleanliness issues and take corrective actions as necessary.

2. **Maintenance Oversight**:

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of hospital facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Schedule routine maintenance tasks and inspections to prevent disruptions to hospital operations.
- Address maintenance emergencies promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

3. **Day-to-Day Operations**:

- Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Monitor operational performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives as needed.

4. **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in hospital operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment for staff and patients.
- Implement corrective measures to address safety issues and mitigate risks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards relevant to hospital operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
