Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **SEO Strategy**: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user experience.
- **SEM Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and manage SEM campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc., ensuring optimal ROI.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creation and optimization, and to identify new opportunities.
- **Content Writing and Optimization**: Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize web pages including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs for search engines.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Develop and execute link-building strategies, manage backlink profiles, and collaborate with other websites to enhance domain authority.
- **Technical SEO**: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, conduct regular site audits, and implement best practices to ensure site health.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and SEM performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Perform regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and SEO/SEM tactics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital content and campaigns.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and content writing.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Experience with SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- **Content Skills**: Excellent content writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex SEO/SEM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
