**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **MCA Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns under the Companies Act and LLP Act.
- Monitor compliance with MCA regulations for LLPs, companies, and other entities.

2. **Share/Unit Management**:

- Oversee the allotment and dematerialization of shares/units.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. **Regulatory Filings**:

- Handle filings and compliances related to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and submit FCTRS and other necessary documents within stipulated deadlines.

4. **Entity Incorporation**:

- Manage the incorporation process for LLPs and companies, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide end-to-end support for entity setup and post-incorporation compliance.

5. **Advisory and Reporting**:

- Provide guidance on compliance matters to management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

6. **General Compliance Management**:

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting corporate compliance.
- Develop and implement internal processes to enhance compliance efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MCA compliance for LLPs/companies, including related entities.
- Strong knowledge of share/unit allotment, dematerialization processes, and regulatory filings (RBI, SEBI, FCTRS, etc.).
- Proficiency in entity incorporation and post-incorporation compliance.
- Excellent understanding of corporate laws and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,380.61 - ₹75,486.35 per month
