**Position Summary**:
**Location : Pune (WFO)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Design visually engaging marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work on website layout designs and other digital assets, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to ensure the latest techniques and best practices are applied.
- Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity and design skills.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and design concepts.
- Experience in video editing.

Pay: ₹15,072.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
