**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a skilled and experienced CDP Chinese Cuisine to join our team. The role involves preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes to our customers' satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of food orders, and managing the kitchen staff. The CDP Chinese Cuisine will be responsible for creating new and exciting Chinese dishes for our menu while ensuring that food quality and presentation are of a consistently high standard.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a CDP Chinese Cuisine or relevant role in a fine-dining restaurant or catering service
- Expertise in preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, including but not limited to dim sum, dumplings, soups, and stir-fries
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage food orders, inventory, and work schedules
- Formal culinary training from a recognized culinary institute or equivalent experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
