Role Highlights: We are looking for a person who can map multiple consumer/client journeys and define digital strategy (social, search, paid) to build brand awareness and measure marketing attribution to (touch) revenue. The role also requires one to be updated on the latest MarTech stacks and tactics we can adopt to help us achieve our goal. This is a marketing lead position (Director level) and will report to the VP of Marketing. **Responsibilities**: - 12+ years of extensive experience in managing Digital Marketing landscape across multiple verticals, Foray of clients & global markets (Americas, Europe, APAC, Middle East)- Drive Digital MVP & GTM strategies based on market segmentation & buyer’s personas to develop campaigns across performance marketing channels with a strong focus on rapidly & significantly improving B2B & B2C demand generation.- Adept at using digital platforms to increase sales/revenue and brand value- Expert at handling Multichannel "Performance Marketing" & define digital strategy (Social, Search, Paid) to build brand awareness and measure marketing attribution to touch revenue.- - Manage click stream, analytics & Martech tools like Lemnisk, Adobe ACM, Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics Premium Requirement: - A Masters's degree in Marketing from a Premier institute- A minimum of 12+ years experience in the Digital Marketing space.- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the Client- Strong communication, client service mindset, and interpersonal skills- Good understanding of international GeographyFractal provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
