- Statutory Compliance Profile**
**Qualifications**:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment or with a reputable accounting firm.
2. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to the company's industry and jurisdiction.
3. Experience working on consolidation of financial statements as per AS and IND AS.
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial and legal documents.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
7. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
CTC- 15 - 30 PA
Location - Mumbai & Ahmedabad

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
