**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct statutory audits of NBFCs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop audit plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Finalize audit reports and present findings to clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and the firm.
- Mentor and train articled assistants and junior associates.
- Assist in pitches to potential clients and contribute to drafting proposals outlining the scope of work.

**Required Qualifications**:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- 1-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, specifically in statutory audit within the NBFC sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS), and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in documentation and maintaining comprehensive audit records.

**Primary Skills**:

- **Statutory Audit**: Expertise in conducting audits and understanding audit standards.
- **Documentation**: Capability in preparing and maintaining detailed audit documentation.
- **IND-AS Compliance**: In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards.
- **SEBI Regulations**: Familiarity with SEBI regulations relevant to NBFCs.
