Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Welcoming**:
Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the front desk.

**Answering and Directing Calls**:
Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.

**Check-In/Check-Out**:
Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule appointments and meetings for employees and clients, maintaining an organized calendar.

**Visitor Management**:
Register and issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.

**Mail and Package Handling**:
Receive and distribute mail and packages, and notify recipients of deliveries.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide basic administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry, as needed.

**Information Dissemination**:
Provide information to visitors and employees about the company, its services, and facilities.

**Maintain Lobby Appearance**:
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable, including maintaining reading materials and brochures.

**Security Awareness**:
Monitor security cameras and access control systems, report any suspicious activities, and enforce security policies.

**Emergency Response**:
Be aware of emergency procedures and assist in evacuations or other emergency situations.

**Coordination**:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and visitor services.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems and computers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Customer-focused and able to handle inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols is a plus.
