To Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyse competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
- Define and enhance brand positioning to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image & drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Oversee website content, design, and performance to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Provide marketing support to the sales team with sales materials, presentations, and training.
- Gather, tally and analyse different reports provided by sales team.
- Gather and analyse customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for the marketing team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
