**Role & Responsibility:

1. Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management

2. Liaising with the local Bodies, Associates, Key Brand visibility, Location owners, Institute Heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies. Mass/Group/ individual counselling at different places of city/ Distt such as villages, Residence, Hubs, Schools etc.

3. Implement & Review processes, take care of the education center, students& team members with high quality standards. Create methodologies & metric based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implimentation & take corrective action

4. Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the centre and ensure students placements and create customer delight

5. HO level funcational followups, coordiantion, closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations

6. Responsible for Team Training, Development, Engagement & Growth, Control attrition in the team.

7. Will be responsible for Mobilization8Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15000 - ₹20000 per month
