**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Document Management**:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Ensure proper filing of documents, both electronic and hard copy.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Coordinate office activities and events such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Ensure the office space is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- **Communication**:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between various departments, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare and send out internal and external communications as necessary.
- **Technology & Tools**:
- Assist with setting up and maintaining office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office coordinator.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,363.19 - ₹25,690.16 per month
