**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for courses, lectures, webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Add visual effects, graphics, animations, and subtitles to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with faculty, content creators, and the media team to ensure alignment with academic and branding requirements.
- Maintain proper video storage, file management, and version control.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, including social media, YouTube, and LMS platforms.
- Ensure high production quality while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree/diploma** in Media, Film Editing, Animation, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **2-4 years of professional experience** in video editing; prior EdTech or academic video experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.**:

- Basic knowledge of sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Ability to understand and translate academic or research content into engaging video formats.
- Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience creating **educational videos, e-learning modules, or academic documentaries**.
- Knowledge of Yoga, Wellness, or Naturopathy content is an added advantage.
