We are seeking a talented **Video Editor** to join our Kolkata office and bring creative ideas to life.

As a **Video Editor** at **Small Town Talks**, you will be responsible for creating compelling video content that aligns with our clients' brand stories. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, and branded campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content.
- Create promotional videos, social media reels, and long-form content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project vision and requirements.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance videos.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Stay updated with video editing trends and new technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** in an agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects**, and other video editing tools.
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing a variety of video projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with color correction and audio editing.
- Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices.
