The Role

Together with the team, you will work on developing new and existing functionality in the Service Catalog module, custom API’s, custom tables, portal widgets and dashboards.

You participate actively during the Agile Scrum sessions to improve our teamwork, Way of Working, Story refinement, Sprint planning and in technical sessions. You choose the story from Sprint you work on and take ownership to see it to its completion, by yourself or together with the Business Analyst, Product Owner and Business Requester.

Next to developing new functionality you ensure that our product stays up and running for our stakeholders by supporting them through the ServiceNow IPC and Call modules.

Who You Are

You have knowledge and experience
- In working with ServiceNow for at least 2 years, developing, configuring, testing deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA (certified System Administrator) certificate
- ServiceNow certification (GRC/IRM, VRM, Vulnerability), ITIL or eager to learn.

You know basics of:

- Agile and DevOps Way of Working
- ServiceNow scripting and configuration,
