**Office Timings**
- Mon to Satur(9:30-6:30)
- All Sundays are Off

**Outbound Calling**: Place outbound calls to alumni, donors, and other stakeholders to promote the Marine Institute, provide updates on projects and activities, and encourage engagement.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals contacted, fostering a sense of community and connection with the Marine Institute.

**Information Dissemination**: Communicate effectively about the Marine Institute's research, programs, and initiatives, providing accurate and up-to-date information to callers.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system or database.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback and insights from callers and relay this information to the appropriate departments within the Marine Institute to improve operations and services.

**Donor Relations**: Identify potential donors, and when applicable, provide information on fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

**Promotion of Events**: Inform stakeholders about upcoming events, webinars, seminars, and workshops organized by the Marine Institute.

**Support Initiatives**: Assist in promoting and supporting various Marine Institute projects, including research activities, conservation efforts, and educational programs.

**Convincing Students**:Handling Student calls and convincing the Students to take the courses and Admissions for The marine courses.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge and passion for marine-related issues and the mission of the Marine Institute.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage.
