**About the Role-**.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Admin & Sales Assistant** to support both administrative operations and sales activities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, is highly organized, and can balance responsibilities across office management and client support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support-**
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Assist with data entry and report preparation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
**Sales Support-**
- Maintain sales databases, pipelines, and client records.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Assist sales executives with lead generation and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
**Requirements-**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in admin, sales coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
