**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service and Enrolments**:
- Greet and assist all walk-ins and enquiries, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Respond to phone and online enquiries about course details, schedules, and enrolment processes.
- Conduct enrolment consultations, guide prospective customers on course options, and ensure smooth registration and payment processes.
- Maintain records of enquiries, enrolments, and feedback.
- **Achieving Enrolment Targets**:
- Drive monthly enrolment targets by proactively following up with potential students.
- Plan and execute strategies to boost enrolments through lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure enrolment targets are met or exceeded.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage daily attendance records, class schedules, and appointment bookings.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth operations.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all necessary documents, materials, and supplies are available.
- **Record Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records and update the enrolment database regularly.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment and financial reports to the manager.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- Support promotional activities at the branch or through local outreach to attract prospective students.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
- Handle feedback and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
