**Job description**

**Position Title**: Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Curriculum Development and Implementation:

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the educational and developmental needs of young children.
- Integrate play-based learning, creative activities, and educational games to foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

**2.** Classroom Management:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and constructive discipline techniques.

**3.** Individualized Instruction:

- Assess the individual needs and learning styles of each child to provide personalized instruction.
- Monitor and document children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

**4.** Communication:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.

**5.**Safety and Wellbeing:

- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the classroom.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and child protection.

**6.**Professional Development:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification specific to early childhood education (preferred).

**2. Experience**: Previous experience teaching preschool or kindergarten children (preferred).Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

**Skills**:
**1.**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**2.**Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**3.** Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
