**About Us**:
At Clickretina, we are looking for a PPC Executive to join our team. We’re a growing company focused on digital marketing, and we need someone who can help us manage and improve our online ads. If you have experience with Google Ads/PPC and enjoy working with data to make smart decisions, we want to hear from you

**Role Overview**:
As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving our Google Ads campaigns. Your job will involve analyzing performance data to make sure our ads are effective and reaching the right people. You will also work closely with our team to create ads that stand out and help us achieve our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create and Manage Ads**: Set up and run Google Ads/PPC campaigns to attract customers and boost sales.
- **Analyze Performance**: Look at data to see how well our ads are doing and make changes to improve results.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing to keep our ads fresh and effective.
- **Work with the Team**: Collaborate with others to make sure our ads are engaging and fit our brand.
- **Manage Budget**: Ensure we spend our ad money wisely to get the best results.
- **Report Results**: Prepare reports on how our ads are performing and suggest ways to improve.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in managing ads, campaigns, and online marketing.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of PPC, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research.
- **Analytical**: Ability to understand and use data to make decisions.
- **Creative**: Skill in creating ads that grab attention.
- **Communication**: Good at talking and writing clearly.
- **Flexible**: Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
