JOB TITLE : Senior Team Member, Procurement Operations in Shared Services Centre

JOB ROLES:

- Responsible for sourcing of MRO, Bulk, Services, and general Admin materials
- Process purchase requisitions, conduct RFQ process, interact with vendors for
- quote/negotiation- Prepare comparative statement and submit for approvals
- Perform internal/ external follow up to ensure the purchase requirement are
- understood from user and communicated to vendor.- Ensure that the commercial and general terms and conditions are understood and
- communicated to vendor- Convert Purchase requisitions to purchase orders and share PO with vendor ensuring
- compliance factors- Participate in issue resolution discussions with vendor
- Create and maintain vendor data base. Coordinate with VDFE teams for master data
- creation and maintenance- Create and maintain rate contracts in SAP.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates with ~3-5 years of relevant experience in Source to Pay processes- Proficiency in material procurement i.e. Indirect and/or Direct.
- Procurement of Material buying i.e. understanding user requirement, vendor paneling,
- running RFQ process, Tabulation of Quotes and prepare comparative statement.- Experience in Sourcing up to 50 Lacs of PR value
- Preferred experience in Steel/Metal/Mining industry or Shared Services operations
- User experience in SAP MM or any other ERP and MS Office suits.
- Exception management and query resolution skill
