Job Location - Kolkata

Experience Range - **3 to 8 Years**

Educational Qualification(s) Required
- **Graduate/Post Graduate**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sourcing of MRO, Bulk, Services, andgeneral Admin materials
- **Process purchase requisitions, conduct RFQ process, interact with vendorsfor quote/negotiation.**:

- Prepare comparative statement and submit for approvals.
- Perform internal/ external follow up to ensure thepurchase requirement are understood from user and communicated to vendor.
- Ensure that the commercial and general terms andconditions are understood and communicated to vendor.
- Convert Purchase requisitions to purchase orders andshare PO with vendor ensuring compliance factors.
- Participate in issue resolution discussions withvendor.
- Create and maintain vendor database. Coordinate withVDFE teams for master data creation and maintenance
- Create and maintain rate contracts in SAP.
