Mandatory Background:

- **Ability to drive client facing consulting, business data analysis, solution discovery activities**:

- Knowledge in Operations/ Supply Chain Management in one or more functions e. g. in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Warehousing, Contract Mgmt., Transportation, Global Logistics, Supply Chain Control Tower
- Work Experience: SCM Solutions Design, Implementation preferably from IT / product consulting, Functional solution design, supply chain analytics background
- Knowledge about **one** or more SCM products in respective domain for example-- Planning - Kinaxis, SAP IBP, BY, Anaplan etc.
- Procurement, Contract mgmt. Coupa, Ariba, Icertis, Jagger, Seivo etc.
- Warehousing
- Manhattan, Korber, BY, E2Open
- Transport - BY TMS, E2Open etc.
- SCM Operations Data Analysis
- esp. master and transactional data
- Proficient to conduct research, create POV and business driver, supply chain operations model, etc. analysis for various clients.
- Internal driven, self-motivated, continuous improvement mindset.
- Travel requirements
- Open to short term and long term assignments across global markets
- Language: Fluency in English*Detailed Expectations:
Business Analysis Role in Live Projects
- Support formulation of problem statement and definition of scope
- Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering skills, leveraging clear direction from engagement, management
- Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities
- Conduct relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions
- Including SC product feature assessment relevant for the business
- Logically structure recommendations and supporting data to formulate a solid, logical and understandable business case
- Utilize appropriate business modeling techniques to represent and graphically depict various activities, processes and data

These could include:

- Demonstrate excellence in delivery of all solutions/recommendations, including supporting artifacts, on time and with high quality
- Display strong listening and communication skills when interacting with client and team
- Display strong team management and coordination skill

Thought Leadership:

- Conduct market research and/or engagement specific inputs for service offerings e.g. case studies etc.
- Research industry trends and support innovative ideas for practice thought leaders.
- Support in the development, research and design of consulting and domain mindshare such as: articles,

whitepapers, collateral development, eBooks, info graphics, leadership forums, Collaboratory sessions etc.
