**Job Purpose**:
To supervise, manage, and coordinate the daily production activities of the **rotavator blade manufacturing division**, ensuring quality, timely output, worker discipline, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Supervision**:

- Plan and allocate daily work to team members in blade cutting, forging, bending, heat treatment, grinding & finishing.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect blades at each stage (material thickness, angle, hardness, finishing).
- Ensure blades meet company and customer quality standards.
- Coordinate with QC team to resolve defects.
- **Manpower Handling**:

- Manage workers/operators, provide instructions and ensure discipline.
- Conduct training for new operators.
- **Machine & Process Monitoring**:

- Supervise operation of:

- Power press / forging press
- Heat treatment furnace
- Bending and punching machines
- Grinding and finishing machines
- Ensure preventive maintenance and report any machine breakdowns.
- **Inventory Handling**:

- Ensure availability of raw material (spring steel sheet/EN steel).
- Coordinate with stores for material planning and usage tracking.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily production records.
- Report scrap, rejection, and output to management.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure use of safety gear and safe working practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
