**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Grade 1 Welder** to perform advanced welding tasks on a wide range of metals and components. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques (including MIG, TIG, Stick), the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality welds on structural steel, pipework, and other components according to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedure specifications (WPS), and work instructions.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Conduct weld inspections and repairs as necessary.
- Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
- Ensure all welding work complies with relevant codes (ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.).
- Collaborate with other fabrication team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in the training or mentoring of junior welders, if needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
