**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Sanpchat, etc.).
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with the online community to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other social media analytics tools.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to achieve business objectives, such as increasing followers, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and run social media advertising campaigns (e.g., boosted posts, PPC ads) to reach targeted audiences.
- **Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, popular hashtags, and viral content to create relevant and timely posts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, 12th pass
- **Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts for brands.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Sanpchat).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience in running paid social campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creativity of Reels and Post Creation
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
