**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in executive support, administrative operations management, project management, or corporate event planning in a high-tech or international environment.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience serving as a project lead, managing small-scale projects and events from conception, pre-planning, execution, to completion.
- Experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, interest.
- Experience in cultural, historical, and professional sites in Hyderabad India and the surrounding areas.
- Ability to keep complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
**About the job**:
As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
As an Administrative Business Partner (ABP) and the site representative for Privacy, Safety and Security (PSS) Hyderabad team, you will manage tasks and global programs with decorum and diligence, anticipating site-specific needs as needed.
You will act in tangent with Engineering Site Leads for PSS Hyderabad, and partner closely with global PSS teams as the ABP representative. You will complete global tasks and programs on behalf of the team. You will serve as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects. You will also plan, manage, and execute team off-sites, events and activities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines.
- Partner with directors to help them scale themselves across the broader organization, often acting as their proxy.
- Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary.
- Collaborate with the global ABP team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
