We are looking for a pleasant **Office Receptionist **to undertake all receptionist and administration duties at the desk at our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Office Receptionist
- Ensure that all interactions between the administration, employees, customers, services run as smoothly as possible.
- Provide callers with information, such as company address, directions to the company location, and other related information.
- Receiving, time stamping, sorting, and forwarding the incoming mail.
- Manage documents electronically and prepare reports for the Director.

**Required Skills**:

- Any graduate with 1 to3 years of experience working as a Receptionist.
- Good Telephone Etiquette Skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to listen, understand and communicate well over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
