Qualification : Any Degree.

Experience : 1 Year - 3 Years.

Salary : Max 15K Per Month.

Location : Dharapuram, Tirupur.

Shift : Day Shift ( General Shift ).

Gender : Female Only.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting visitors**: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the correct person or department
- **Managing mail**: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
- **Managing appointments**: Booking meeting rooms, appointments, and travel arrangements
- **Managing office supplies**: Taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
- **Managing office equipment**: Operating office equipment such as a fax machine, copy machine, and computer
- **Managing security**: Managing security and telecommunications systems, and issuing visitor badges
- **Managing office records**: Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- **Performing clerical tasks**: Performing various other clerical tasks, including faxing, transcribing, and filing

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

**Ability to commute / Relocate**:

- Tirupur, Tamilnadu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ( Required )
