**Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Male)**

**Location**: [UrbanKala, Sector 8 Panchkula]
**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
**Working Days**: 6 days

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle billing and manage point-of-sale systems
- Keep records of sales and customer interactions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** in retail sales (mandatory)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, POS, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
