Job Description:
Teaching: Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons on mathematics and reasoning topics to students at various academic levels, such as primary, secondary, or higher education.

Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources aligned with the educational standards and requirements.

Individual Support: Identify students who need additional help and provide one-on-one tutoring or support to address their specific learning needs and challenges.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and conducive learning environment, maintain discipline, and encourage active participation from students.

Technology Integration: Utilize educational technology, interactive tools, and software to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

Problem-Solving and Reasoning: Focus on developing students' analytical and logical reasoning skills, encouraging them to think critically and solve complex problems.

Mentorship: Act as a mentor and academic advisor for students, guiding them in their academic and career pursuits.

Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mathematics and reasoning, attending workshops and conferences to enhance teaching methodologies.

Collaborative Activities: Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings to contribute to the overall improvement of the academic program.

**Requirements**:

- A strong academic background in mathematics and reasoning, typically with a degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. A higher degree may be preferred for higher education institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple classes, assignments, and assessments efficiently.
- Dedication to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.

Salary 20k
