Position: Customer Relationship Officer

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Ernakulam
- Managing and administering the general operations of the Sales Department according to its functions and tasks.
- Managing, training and developing affiliated Employees
- **Managing and administering the general operations of the Sales Department according to its functions and tasks**:

- Searching, marketing, consulting, answering, providing information about products, services, financial solutions to customers through direct sales or other forms of implementation of the Bank.
- **Managing and implementing business targets**:

- Research and evaluate the market and location, competitive factors for analysis, customer segmentation, needs and tastes in order to advise the Branch Manager and provide feedback on the Business Department in order to perform appropriate business strategy.
- Develop action plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; monitor and evaluate the implementation situation and propose to the Board of Directors measures to improve, enhance competitiveness and develop market share.
- Advise the Branch Manager in formulating, allocating and coordinating branches and affiliated units to implement sales targets.
- Organize the daily update of sales results, evaluate the performance results and promptly offer solutions to well implement the planned targets.
- Directly responsible for the implementation of business targets of the Department in charge.
- **Marketing, managing and taking care of customers**:

- Planning, organizing and implementing customer marketing/customer care plans; Manage and supporting Departments to implement marketing plans.
- Organize and implement cross-selling/additional sale of products and services; programs and events to promote banking products and services.
- Organize and implement the work of collecting, receiving, processing and responding to customers’ comments, complaints and questions and managing customer information for the operation of the Branch.r.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
