We are looking for an IT System Engineer (Contract) to support our IT Infrastructure and Staff with IT related requests and incidents.

**Responsibilities**
- Support End users following IT Service Management Framework
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Help in improving the IT Security Posture and Participate in Internal and External Audits.
- Carry out Procurement, Documentation and Policy Implementation Tasks.
- Support Client and Client Supporting Teams on IT Related Requests and Projects.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role for 1+ years.
- Working knowledge in AWS, GCP or Azure Platform.
- Certification in any of the Technologies (Apple, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, ITIL)
- Experience with Networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and Patch management
- Able to work shifts
- Knowledge in Scripting is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, including macOS
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Working knowledge on Ticketing systems and ITSM or ITOM.
