We are currently hiring for the role of **"Logistics Account Executive"**with an well known Consumer Durable Co. Experience - 2 Year to 4 Year Location - Bakoli **Key Skills & Qualifications**:* ** Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse inventory management & dispatch handling.** ** Working knowledge of *E-way Bill / E-invoice generation*, stock audit procedures.** ** Should be comfortable using *Excel*, and any ERP/Warehouse software.** ** Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily warehouse operations.** ** Education: B.Com or any Commerce/Accounting background preferred.** **Key Responsibilities**:* **1. *Inventory Management & Reconciliation**:* ** Maintain accurate stock levels on a daily basis through proper tracking of all inward and outward movements.** ** Ensure real-time reconciliation of physical vs system stock.** ** Implement daily stock adjustments to keep inventory aligned and accurate at all times.** **2. *Dispatch & Inward Coordination**:* ** Oversee and manage all stock dispatches and receipts on a day-to-day basis.** ** Ensure correct entries of GRNs, dispatch notes, and stock inward/outward slips in the system.** ** Coordinate with logistics team/vendors to ensure timely dispatch and receipts.** **3. *Accounting Support & Documentation**:* ** Generate *E-way Bills* and *E-invoices* directly from the warehouse.** ** Should have basic accounting knowledge and preferably from an accounting background.** ** Maintain proper documentation for each dispatch in compliance with GST norms.** **4. *Stock Audits & Physical Verification**:* ** Conduct monthly physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies, if any.** ** Maintain audit reports and highlight issues or irregularities proactively.** **5. *System Updates & Reporting**:* ** Ensure timely updates of stock movements in the warehouse management software.** ** Submit daily MIS reports related to stock levels, dispatches, and inward summaries to management.** **Additional Requirements**:* ** Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams (accounts/logistics).** **Thanks & Regards** **Vikas** **7668538269** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,318.16 - ₹24,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
