**Job Summary**:
An HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They diagnose and troubleshoot problems, ensure optimal system performance, and provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- **Repair**: Diagnose and repair faulty HVAC equipment, such as compressors, coils, and thermostats.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve HVAC problems, including leaks, electrical issues, and performance problems.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, explain technical information clearly, and address customer concerns promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

**Qualifications**:

- HVAC certification
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments
