**Position Title: Time Keeper**

**Department: Manufacturing**

**Job Summary**:
The Time Keeper in a manufacturing setting is responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding time tracking. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, data entry, and coordination with HR and management to facilitate payroll processing and labor cost analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Time and Attendance Management**:

- Accurately record and maintain daily attendance and work hours for all manufacturing employees.
- Monitor and verify timesheets, punch-in/out times, and attendance records.

2. **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**:

- Enter time and attendance data into the company's timekeeping system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

3. **Payroll Support**:

- Prepare and submit timekeeping data for payroll processing.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping and payroll in collaboration with HR and the payroll department.

4. **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations regarding timekeeping.
- Generate regular reports on attendance, overtime, and other time-related metrics for management review.

5. **Coordination and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management regarding attendance policies, procedures, and discrepancies.
- Assist in training new employees on the use of timekeeping systems and procedures.

6. **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and resolve issues related to timekeeping, such as system errors, employee queries, and attendance anomalies.
- Work proactively to prevent timekeeping errors and improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in timekeeping, payroll, or human resources is a plus.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
