Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation working part-time.
  2. Manage various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers.
  3. Ensure acceptance of leads of customers who are willing to opt for Jio services & mature the leads by resolving queries if any during product delivery.
  4. JC route planning basis leads to ensure 100 PERCENT coverage across JC.
  5. Visit the customer premises on mutually agreed time with customer to mature the lead and deliver Jio services.
Education Requirement
  • HSC
Experience Requirement
  • 0 - 2 years
Skills & Competencies
  1. Fluency in local language.
  2. Knows how to use Smart Phone for customer interaction.
  3. Presentability - maintain basic hygiene for customer interaction.
  4. Knowledge of local geography.
  5. Must have a Two-wheeler for travel.
