**Alive Healthcare Private Limited is hiring for Manager Fashion Designing**

**Position**: General Manager / Manager

**Location**: Chennai

**Industry**: Fashion & Lifestyle / Multi-Designer Retail

**Experienc**e: 6-10 years (preferably in fashion retail, designer management, or multi-brand platforms)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion designers and labels.
- Identify and onboard new designers aligned with our aesthetic and customer base.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the platform, including inventory coordination, product updates, and order tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and customer support teams to drive engagement and sales.
- Oversee offline and online brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms with partner brands and ensure timely collections and payments.
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize vendor contributions accordingly.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of fashion retail, particularly in the premium or designer wear segment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from independent designers to logistics partners.
- Experience in working with platforms like Aza, Ogaan, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, or similar will be a plus.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
