**About the Role**:
GSL is hiring for the STEM & ROBOTICS Trainer based in Mumbai. We are seeking a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for the role of STEM trainer. The STEM trainer will be responsible for developing learning activities and hands-on material, tending to individual student needs and communicating regularly with parents and higher authorities.**Responsibilities**:

- Eager to learn.
- Delivering STEM & ROBOTICS curricula and planning daily lessons.
- Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.
- Developing STEM & ROBOTICS learning activities and hands-on material for classes.
- Attending to individual student needs.
- Demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures.
- Communicating regularly with parents and authorities when needed.
- Providing extra support to students who need it.
- Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on activities/experiments on STEM & ROBOTICS technologies.
- Assessing the student feedback and developing an action plan to improvise Passionate about teaching and educating, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum 0-3 years' experience in educational technology/ Publishing/ Academic Industry. strong connection in schools would be given additional preference.
- Young, dynamic in age group 22-28 years.
- Hands on in MS office suite.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Empathy and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma (preferred)

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
