**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct interactive **STEM, Robotics, AI, and Coding sessions** for students from Grades 3 to 10.
- Deliver **hands-on training** using STEM kits, robotics components, and block/text-based programming platforms.
- Ensure effective implementation of the **Get Set Learn STEM curriculum** across partner schools.
- Provide **technical guidance** to students during project-based learning sessions.
- Assist in **designing lesson plans, assessments, and learning outcomes** as per the curriculum.
- Troubleshoot basic **hardware and software issues** related to robotics kits, sensors, and coding tools.
- Conduct **teacher orientation and training sessions** when required.
- Submit periodic **session reports** and maintain classroom documentation.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **STEM/Robotics/AI/Coding training**.
- Proficiency in at least one programming environment:

- **Block-based platforms**: Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Tinkercad, or equivalent.
- **Text-based programming**: Python, C/C++ (Arduino), or similar.
- Hands-on experience with **Arduino, sensors, motors, LEDs, and robotics kits**.
- Excellent **classroom management**, **communication**, and **presentation skills**.
- Ability to **simplify complex STEM concepts** for school students.
- Passionate about **technology-driven education** and **experiential learning**.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Educational Qualification**: B.Sc./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent in **STEM-related domains** preferred.
- Minimum **1 year of relevant training or teaching experience**.
- Willingness to travel to partner schools within **Kolkata, Bandel, and Contai** locations.
