- Handle any changes, cancellations, or returns according to company policies.
- Provide customers with estimated delivery times and follow up on any delays.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping customer records up to date.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
