**Compensation**: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 + Petrol Allowance + Fuel Allowance

**Products**: Life Insurance & General Insurance

**Channels**: Agency & Direct Channel

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Field sales of insurance products (Life and General Insurance).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and pitch insurance products effectively.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation and closure.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Fieldwork and target-based role.
- Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is an advantage.
