**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be responsible for new customer acquisition and landing Enterprise logos in APAC.
- Responsible for creating their own sales pipeline by creative outbound efforts.
- Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple with your interpersonal and communication skills.
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process whilst building trust and mutual respect with customers and peers.
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
- Hunting New Logos and Farming existing accounts in the region for emerging region within APAC - India, Africa, Rest of APAC
- Ability to generate their own pipeline without dependence and take accountability to generate leads through self prospecting and outbound sourcing
- Has demonstrated previously the ability to work with partners and other channels to source pipeline and close deals in non-english speaking territories.

**Requirements**:
**Must-have**
- Ability to work comfortably with technical products, solutions and personas
- Ability to source their own pipeline through creative outbound efforts.
- Ability to map organizations, demonstrate MEDDPICC and multi-threading to close large ticket-size complex sales opportunities.
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well independently or as a team member.
- Ability to own and be accountable for the success of their assigned territory

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience with DevOps/DevTools.
- Experience selling in the A market
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Integrated Development Environment, Software Test Automation, CI/CD is highly desired.
