Job Description: Bouncer (Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd Trampoline Park, Kolkata)
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and property within the trampoline park premises.
2. Monitor and control the flow of visitors entering and exiting the facility.
3. Enforce park rules and regulations, ensuring that guests adhere to safety guidelines and behave appropriately.
4. Intervene and handle any disruptive or inappropriate behavior promptly and professionally.
5. Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a positive overall experience.
6. Perform routine checks of the facility, equipment, and surrounding areas to identify potential hazards or security concerns.
7. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
8. Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
9. Maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor while dealing with guests and staff.
10. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a security or customer service role (preferred).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
5. Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures (training will be provided).
6. Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
7. Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
8. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
9. Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to public safety and security.
Additional Requirements for Female Bouncer:
1. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
2. Experience in dealing with children and families in a recreational or entertainment setting (preferred).
