- Monitor the entrance and exit of the venue.
- Check IDs to ensure patrons meet age requirements.
- Enforce dress code or entry policies.
- Manage crowd behavior to prevent overcrowding or rowdiness.
- De-escalate potentially volatile situations calmly and professionally.
- Intervene in fights, arguments, or inappropriate behavior.
- Escort disruptive or intoxicated individuals out of the premises.
- Observe guests and watch for suspicious or illegal activity.
- Use CCTV systems where applicable.
- Provide first aid or basic medical help if necessary.
- Guide people to safety during emergencies like fires or evacuations.
- **Skills Required**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Physical strength and stamina
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation tactics
- Situational awareness and quick decision-making
